The Power of 18 Team Gombe, in its mandate to sensitize youths and eligible voters on the importance of registering, collection of the PVC, voting and engaging in electoral and governance process. Has carried out series of activities with remarkable outcomes.

- schools sensitization:
The team made a visit to ILLIMI international secondary school, were sessions in different classes was facilitated by the team members. The sessions dwelt more on educating students on their strength as young people and the power of their age (18). The school management was not left out as their sudden interest in having a repeat of such activity in their school was quite obvious.
- Similarly the power of 18 team Gombe partnered with INEC Gombe to carry out a voter education talk at Government Day Secondary school (Pilot) and Government Science College Gombe. The Activity had in presence, the INEC resident commissioner Gombe, who facilitate the voter education session in both Schools.
- Street Meet:
The Power of 18 team Gombe, went one a one on one conversation and voter education at the popular Dukku motor Park, were different individuals were met and educated on the importance of voter registration, Collection of PVCs after registration, voting and engaging positively in the process of election. Many young people committed to registering, collection n voting and agree to make their votes count.
- lastly the day was cap up with a meeting with the resident commissioner INEC Gombe at his office at the INEC building, were he appreciate the efforts of the team for standing out among other youths to contribute to the growth and development of the country. He also thank the team for doing a good job on the Voter education and campaigns and assured the team of a strong partnership with INEC Gombe and supports. The team at the INEC office also identify with a youth and a staff of INEC Gombe, who happens to be the public relation officer, Mr. Morret was award with the Power of 18 T-shirt.
